General terms and conditions (GTC):
1. Course registration:
You can register for the courses using the registration form. You can find the registration form in PDF format under the "Registration" tab. Download this and send it completed to me via email to info@refugym.de. You will then receive a registration confirmation by email. If the course is already taken, I will inform you about it. After a binding registration, the course fee can no longer be reimbursed.
The course fee will be debited from your account 7-14 days before the start of the course. If you do not agree to the direct debit procedure, it is possible to transfer the course fee. Please send me a short message when you register.
If you book a course after the first appointment, please pay the course fee in cash when you attend for the first time. Please always pay for individual lessons in cash after the lesson.
2. Cost:
The course fees can be found with the respective course announcement. Most regular courses last 10-12 sessions.
Yoga courses, back courses and fitness and strengthening gymnastics are certified by the statutory health insurance companies, after at least 80% participation in the course you will receive a certificate of attendance which you submit to your health insurance company. There you can receive a subsidy for the course fee. You can find out how much this grant is from your health insurance company.
3. What should I bring to class?
Please come to the course in comfortable casual clothing. You also have the opportunity to change on site, there is a changing room for all course participants.
4. Punctuality
Please come to the course on time (5 - 10 minutes before the start of the course). Classes begin at the times advertised.
5. Shoes, cell phones, drinks and bags
Please leave bags, shoes, drinks and cell phones in the changing room. Please switch off cell phones completely.
6. Missed course hours
Missed course hours can be made up within the same quarter in another current course, provided there are free places there.
7. Cancellation policy for individual lessons
If you are unable to attend the agreed appointment, please cancel in good time 48 hours before the appointment. Otherwise the hour has to be paid for.
8. Liability
The course participant does not receive any guarantees in the legal sense, in particular a guarantee of success in the exercise. Each course participant or individual lesson participant decides to what extent he / she gets involved in the offered processes and is responsible for himself / herself.
The organizer is not liable for damage to property or health, unless the damage is based on willful or grossly negligent behavior on the part of the organizer. This does not apply if the reasons for liability are not the responsibility of the organizer.
Existing illnesses or ailments known to the course participant, which can make certain movements and / or physical activities problematic or even dangerous, must be reported to the respective course instructor before the start of the course or the respective training unit.
9. Health
The customer declares that he is currently not aware of any health-related facts that would exclude an exercise program.
10. Course changes
We reserve the right to merge courses, change courses and change staff in exceptional cases.
11. Accident, theft, damage of any kind
Anne Taxis-Unseld assumes no liability for accidents, theft and damage of any kind. The course participant is responsible for appropriate insurance coverage. Excluded from the exemption from liability of the organizer are damages that are based on willful or grossly negligent behavior on the part of the organizer. This does not apply if the reasons for liability are not the responsibility of the organizer.
12. Force Majeure
If it is impossible to provide services for reasons of force majeure, the customer has no right to compensation.
13. Applicable law, place of jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany for domestic contracting parties to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention (CISG) applies to this agreement. Insofar as the customer is a registered trader within the meaning of the Commercial Code, a legal person or a special fund under public law, the place of performance and exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the business relationship is Esslingen / Stuttgart.
14. Data protection
Customer data is treated confidentially and is subject to data protection regulations. See also the data protection declaration under the tab Imprint / Data protection.

All scripts / exercise sheets issued are for the private use of the course participants only. Duplication - even in part -, use for other courses or commercial use is only permitted within the limits of German copyright law. All copyrights are reserved. Sound and image recordings, e.g. via mobile phone or the like, in the classrooms and anterooms are prohibited. Anne Taxis-Unseld assumes no responsibility for any injuries that may occur when using the exercises shown. The documents are only intended as a reminder for what has been practiced in the classroom and in no way replace the classroom.
16. Severability Clause
Oral side agreements are not valid. This also applies to the written form clause itself. The provisions and all legal relationships are subject exclusively to German law. Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. In place of the invalid provision - as far as possible - a valid one that comes as close as possible to the meaning of the invalid provision. Anne Taxis-Unseld reserves the right to change these provisions at any time. There is no explicit reference to the change. The regulations are to be checked periodically for changes.
