THURSDAY.       26 Sept - 21 Nov 24     7.30 am  - 8.00 am Meditation (optional - also possible individually)
                                                                   8.00 am -  9.00 am Refugym Special



 
Yoga -        Hatha Yoga with influences from fascia yoga, yoga therapy and flowing movements                        from Shakti Yoga Dance
Yogilates- Yoga meets Pilates. Focus on core strength, core stability

Refugym Special - Conscious strength and mobilization training for the whole body, with and                                        without small equipment
